A private pool and a heavily used facility need different care routines. Season and surroundings also affect the work required. Set tasks and their frequency around the pool condition and equipment instructions, and adjust the programme as conditions change.
Water and surfaces
Regular care includes measuring water parameters with suitable equipment, cleaning baskets, removing debris and caring for surfaces. Base water treatment on measurements and product instructions. Clear-looking water alone does not establish that the care programme is complete.
The operating system
Review pumps, filters and pipework, noting leaks, unusual sounds or changes in performance. Filter care depends on its type and manufacturer instructions. A record of observations and completed work helps a specialist understand developing issues.
